It has been along Time

It has beenJanuary 2010 since I last posted something on the blog. I guess face book takes up a lot of my time. It has been a hot hot summer, we have been camping every weekend, or at least I have been. Pint only gets a weekend off once a month. Little Gennie is growing, and geting smarter like her master.. Welll try to get back sooner then six months. Have a good one!

It's been a long time from my last visit

The whole problem is that my password never works so I reset it then it doesn't know the account. I'm going to make sure I have the right account and password this time before I leave.
Anyway Christmas was nice the New Year has started out fine IT is cold in Pa. but we will survive. My little dog is doing real well spoiled rotten by Mom not me. She is a joy in my life. I'm looking forward to the year of camping. I got something new for the golf cart which will help keep us dry, but will allow me to see where I'm going.

I hope 2010 is filled with joy and good luck for us. 2009 left us without Pints mother, my mother, my niece, and one nephew and a couple of friends.

It has been a long time since my last post

Here we have the family in the 70's,the smaller family in 2009, now you must admit Pint hasn't changed but, the old guy has received a lot more gray hairs but less in general. My brother (Larry) decided to post this picture on face book, so I decided to show you our Christmas greeting card so when you receive it you will not be shocked. Our family been blessed with this little girl(Gennie) that is with with me most of the time. She now and then gets into trouble but shes a delight to have around.

The Big Bash at the Dawson's

Here are the pictures of the the Big Bash we had on Sunday at the Dawson Camp Site. Terry Lee and Myself prepared a full turkey, and two turkey breasts, and everyone brought a covered dish. There were about 27 friends and family present. We all had a good time as usual at Hidden Valley. We played that stupid card game I hate, Karen cheated as usual, you know I never cheat. We also played the bean bag game and washers. Karen started a water battle in which I believe she got the worst off. Her father wasn't to happy, but I can't be discrete on when I throw the extra lemon aid and ice at that brat of daughter of his. For the life of I can't see why anyone would want to leave the camp ground we have so many good times.

My new camping area

I just realized that I haven't showed my friends our new camping area. Here are some pictures of the Dawson Camp Site , all people and animals are welcome. You can see the picture of the cat was that was sleeping on Pints chair when I arrived on Friday. The cat didn't stay long because Gennie kept on bugging the poor thing.

Another Chapter Of Our Life Is Turning

As I arrived at the camper on Friday Afternoon a shock was bestowed upon me. It seems my good friends that are camping next to me are leaving at the end of the season. I always thought that nothing could come between our friendship, we watch the girls grow up before our eyes. I guess the friendship wasn't as strong as I thought,

IT IS JUST NOT RIGHT!.

To move forty miles further away just doesn't make scents. How things change,at Yogi when they was going to leave they told us before they did anything, this time they put a sign on a tree. Sure I have many friends at the camper, but none that is as close as them, I thought we loved getting together, doing things together. I realize that Brynn's softball is important it takes a lot weekends away from camping. Yes your right I don't understand,we even wouldn't move our sites unless we could be next to each other, now I'm up on the hill good bye. It will not be the same without them there, but we will survive I guess. I'll miss my buddy as we did everything together, and Pam with her sly little remarks, especially missing the girls we will always be there Puppy & Me Moo Dawson. I write this because it help me with the a loss of a camping friends they will always be our friends, but I know in my heart this is just part of a friendship thats pulling futher appart.
